Pam's Play Place & Preschool

The goal of preschool is to have fun and provide a learning environment.  Children learn best from play, primarily through their senses with the aid of their curiosity.  I supply them with the tools to investigate their world using hands on activities.  Our playroom is open concept and promotes choices.  It is center based and includes a reading center, dramatic play center, block center, art center, audio/visual centers, music center, and science center.  Hands on activities include Math, Science, Language, Sensory, and Art.  I have a variety of manipulatives for cognitive skills and to help develop fine motor skills.  I encourage self-help skills and building positive self-esteem.
